Exclamation Just Starting....

I just started working out last night. I am big but I have been active, just obviously not active enough. My biggest fear is being flabby. I do not want to have to go through all kinds of body tucks when I am done. My arms are my biggest thing, I want to wear my racer backs and look good. I am using weights, I have a huge gym set with 300 pounds worth of weights and a slant bench and a Nordi-Trak. The first time on that was fun!! (not! I almost died! haha) I want to add a tread mill. I actually look forward to working out tonight!

I did not work out on the 13th, but today I am very busy and walking quite a bit. I am home and remodling. Later tonight I will work on my weights and try my Nordi-Trak again.

Well I worked out last night. I AM SORE! I guess that is a good thing since I know it must be working. I was outside all day today and worked my butt off putting up stockade fencing and alot of outdoor stuff so I was mobile all day today, so I am taking it easy tonight or I will not be able to move tommorrow.

Sorry I have totally forgotten to write in this journal! I just responded to another forum and it mentioned working out and I said oops! Well here to say, I have been working out I have all my gym equipment just to keep make myself using it. I won't lie I am not the perfect person, I tend to slack off but my new watchers Tammie and Justin have been kicking my but and making sure I get in at least 20 minutes a night. My biggest fear is being a big ball of flab. I know I will need a tummy tuck with 14 years of overweight and 3 close pregnancies, but I want to avoid any others like bat wing removal. So sweating it is!!

Just checking in here. Why don't you post up what you're doing so we can help you tweak it for results as you go along?

Well I don't know all the techy terms but I do
3 sets of 10 inclined sit ups
5 minutes on the Nordi-Trak (it still kills me)
3 sets of 10 butterfly press at about 40 pounds
3 sets of 10 pull downs at 80 pounds
3 sets of 10 sitting bench lifts at 100 pounds
3 sets of 20 leg pushs (sitting) at 150 pounds
if I do not do this then I try to walk.

Good girl!

Maybe consider moving the nordic track to the end - it's cardio. And slow it down. No need to go so hard.

Keep up the good work!
