Confession is good for the soul

Well I have been A-1 for a long time and tonight I had to take some medication which I haven't taken in a year. A tranquilizer. I got really relaxed. So relaxed in fact I ate a ton of carbs like every hour on the hour! I hope tomorrow the effect is not this bad! I have confessed and it felr good. Thanks!

wow, blue, that's fascinating! It makes me wonder what sort of either neurochemical process or endocrine process was at work (sounds physiological and not "emotional" to me, at least!)

I hope you can hop back on the LC wagon ASAP. Thanks for the confession, and congrats on that 50-pound loss! very nice indeed!
