Default Newbie Intro

Hi, My name is Bobbe, I am doing LCHF, since May of 2017. I have lost 58 pounds. This is about the time I always backslide, so just looking for inspiration to keep going. If anyone would suggest. Specific thread to check out it would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome
Can you tell us more WHY you think this is the time you backslide. At a weight you have been before? Getting bored with the food? Looking at this as a Diet to stop rather than a way of eating forever? Suggest you analyse Why first before can make suggestions. Though one thread I like is on Habits. http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=468195

All the best,

Welcome to the forum, you have found a great, safe, helpful place. First of all Congrats on your success so far, you are doing great. As Janet said, can you maybe elaborate a bit and tell us why you feel you are having trouble?

This is a lifelong journey and we all struggle from time to time, it is a learning experience and it is important to take this one day at a time. Stop by my journal some time, consider starting your own journal, that way other members can visit with you, I also think that charting and recording EVERYthing that goes in your mouth is important, helps keep us honest, accountability...lol

Best of Luck to you, ttyl
