Question Please help!!Somersize curious!

Can somebody give me some information about somersizing?
I've read something on their site but I'd like to know what is a typical day menu like since this diet has not been published in Brazil yet.
I'd also like to know what's the easiest way to get Suzanne Somer's book.
I'm new at low carbing and find Atkins too restrictive because Brazil is a tropical country and eating fruits is part of my every day life.
Please, tell me what a day on the somersizing diet would be like so I can make up my mind whether to know more or to forget it.
Thanks a bunch!!!

Can you go to Amazon.com and order the book? I don't really know anything about the program but I wish you the best.

Go to www.suzannesomers.com and go to the somersize section. She has a great chat room for any questions.I lost 45lbs in 3 months( 4 years ago) right after i had my baby from somersizing but i think right now combining isn't working for me due to a long history of yoyo dieting. I only have 15lbs to lose but i am trying to find what works for me.
Also if you put somersize in your (yahoo or google)search there is a ton of groups and message boards.I had a ball somersizing because eating bacon. sausage. eggs cheese and tomatoes in the mornings were delicious.

You can eat fruit on Somersizing. When you begin the plan, you'll eat fruit by itself -- and you won't eat all fruit -- no bananas, for instance). Then you'll have a protein & veggie (or all-protein) meal at least two hours later, or a carbohydrate meal (no fats at all). After one of these meals, you can have more fruit, but all by itself and at least four hours later. You can read all about it at any of the sites mentioned, but you should try to get one of the most recent of her books (all the books explain the plan and include recipes, but the plan has slightly evolved over time, and she's addressed more and more questions over time as well).
