Default CO in whey shake

any tips on adding coconut oil to a protein shake as the cold milk makes the CO go very hard and lumpy

or would i be better adding cream to increase the fat content?

Heat the milk. Next question.

How about using coconut milk instead?

I used to put my CO in my shake, and then I blended it so it was tiny lumps of fat...more tolerable, but not my favorite.

Now, I use HWC for fats and after this weekend, I'll be adding flax oil as well to my whey shakes. Barlean's has an orange blend that is 3-6-9 omega. Since I used Jay Robb Tropical Dreamsicle, I think this will go nicely.

Heavy Whipping Cream...I think that's similar to double cream.
