LC but I dont want to loose weight
Some times ago, I was not really eating many carbs and noted how much better i felt. I lost excess water, which made me feel really great. However, at that point it wasn't intentionally to cut carbs particularly (I just wanted to loose weight). And so, I had no idea at that point that is was the carbs that really constituted the improved feeling in my body...
Because at that point (where I didn't knew the relation between water and carbs), I instead went to a quit normal diet, with healthy complex carbs and reduced fat.
Throughout this "diet" I lost weight but I kept having this bloated feeling. My fingers and my face was puffy. I really missed how I felt when I was LC eating.
So then I thought that I should try this LC again. However, I dont want to loose any more weight, I just want to get the "lean" feeling when getting rid of the excess water and get rid of the bloating.
So can you go on this low carb diet without necessarily wanting to loose weight?
