I just can't seem to get here on Saturdays. Don't know my deal... then Sunday just flew out the door! UGH.

I weighed in on Satuday at 267.5. YAY!

THis week has been bad so far...
Water: 2 of 7 (missed sunday)
Exercise: nope 0 of 2
Supplements: 0 of 7
Fitday: 1 of 5 (remember, not doing that on Sat/Sun anymore)

I'm not slacking in food choices, just everything else. UGH. I will work on doing better. Of course today, the scale said I had gained 3 lbs. Whats up with THAT?!?? I haven't eaten anything bad. I guess the supplements and waters make a big difference. I really need to exercise... never any time. I'll try to this week.

Keep up the good work everyone! Thanks to those who have stopped by my journal to cheer me on. It helps...

Goal 1- don't weigh until Sat...so don't know
Goal 2- Exercise 2 of 3
Goal 3- 2 of 7 on my water....I've been slacking..
Goal 4 ALMOST!!!! LOL

I don't think I'm gonna get those last 8 lbs off in the next two weeks, but I guess every little bit helps. I'll be a little more conservative with my weight loss goals on future challenges. Good luck everyone.

Default Stuck for a few days...

Hi everyone! I have been stuck at 208 for a few days now, I really think my body is taking a breather..The week before I was taking off a half pound a day..I have not cheated with my diet at all, and I have exercised seven out of seven days, even increasing it from 30 minutes per night , when I work, to 20 iin the morning and 30-45 at night! I would love to take off eight pounds by the fourteenth , but I don't know. I do know that I will certainly do my darndest!!!Good luck to ALL!!! sorry I haven't posted here in like a week. I've not been doing so good on the challenge this week. here's my stats
goal 1- post weight on saturday
goal 2- 2/6 on the water...I've been really slack
goal 3- 0/3 on the exercise..I know I know...
goal 4- No cheats

on a good note, I'm down about 2 lbs today. that's good, I just don't know how it happned after such a crappy 2 weeks. anyway, that gets me down from 245 which I've been stuck at for a while now so that's cool
