Hi everyone. I have finally decided to hop the fence. Sine I live in a town that doesn't carry BOOOOKS...I will be doing this "blind" until I hit the city on Saturday and buy up Chapters .

Until then I'm thinking what I need is...protein with small amount of carbs (close to 10 ?) at each meal. I do eat a fair amount of protein already...I will check out the amounts in my food count book. Although I'm not sure how to calculate the minimum requirements but I'm sure I alwready exceed it.

Although I do think Atkins is a great plan....I am ready for a change.

Hi Cin! Never noticed your introduction here. I order books through chapters.ca. The shipping is cheap - cheaper than it would be for me to get on the bus to the mall and back.
