Smile Third try and its finally going to stick

Hi
Even though I'm introducing myself to everyone I've been here before but its been three years so I'm starting all over again.
I'm 67 years old, a retired teacher and live in Florida with my daughter and 7 year old grandson. I've always been overweight and constantly going up and down. The only diet that HSS ever worked for me is low carb so here we go again. It obviously works on me but not quite as fast as it seems to be doing this time. I know it will stop soon so my body van catch up but I'm loving it while it lasts. I started last Tuesday, June 6 and my loss has been as follows:
June 6. 381.4
June 7. 381.4
June 8. 379
June 9. 376.4
June 10. 374.6
June 11. 372.2
June 12. 370
June 13. 368.6

I've tried to keep my carbs at 10 or lower and the only thing I've added is taking a gtf chromium tablet each day. In the past, when I get into a stall it can last for 7-10 days so hopefully this doesn't come too soon.

Thanks - I appreciate your support. We can all use all we can get. My daughter tries to be but she's 104 lbs, eats non stop and never gains. She really cannot relate to the problems we face trying to lose and trying not to feel deprived.

Hang in there!!! Your doing great! If your like me, the S.A.D. (standard American diet) just seemed to pack on the pounds. Low carb is the way to go for many of us.
