It's very gutsy of me to start a gym log at this point - but I'll be interested to see how things change over time.
I started back at the gym for real this past monday.
Monday: Did 2 sets of moderate intensity "push" exercises on the machines and then walked on the treadmill for about 15 mins.
Tuesday: Did 45 mins cardio - pushing higher levels for 5 mins at a time.
Wednesday: Did 2 moderate sets of "pull" exercises on the machines and walked/jogged 20 mins or so.
Thurs: Nothing!
Friday: Did 2 sets of push and walked and jogged on the treadmill for 20+ mins.
I'm starting slowly on purpose. I used to work out tons and totally burned out. I have attempted to re-start several times since, but burn out quickly. The slower I go, the more likely I am to go back to the gym for the next workout.
