Default Callanetics, have you tried it? Did you like it, do you want to start a group?

Hi I'm excited to start tracking my callanetics sessions. I love how it shapes up my legs so fast and the way it flattens my stomach.
It also makes my back feel great. I am doing the 10/10 video and have 3 sessions of the 10 done. Ten years younger in 10 sessions is really appealing and I can't believe my stomach already looks flatter.
So what's your take on it?
Have you tried it?
Did you like it?
Do you want to start a group?

Hi, sorry I've been away. I've been injured.

Three weeks ago I strained my sciatic nerve and have been
out of commisson for the past few weeks but will restart
this weekend (knock on wood).

Catcookie - just wondering how you're doing? Have you gotten started with the Callanetics yet?
I started it less than a month ago and would sure love if we could get a Callanetics thread going here on the LC board.

I'm also a member of Low Carb Friends Board where they do a monthly Callanetics challenge. So my goal was 10 hours of Callanetics for the month of Sept. I did hour 8 last night!!
I'm still doing the Beginner one. Will plan to move up to 10/10 in October.

I am curious too! the thing of it is, I do LIFELIFT and it really helps...
I think the callanetics could be similar?

I tried Callanetics for the first time last week and have completed two sessions of the 10/10 so far.

I really enjoyed it and have decided to add it to my exercise schedule three times a week.

I will begin posting here and I hope anyone else that may be using Callanetics will join me!
