Eat clean! Watch any bits of sugar or starch, and wait about two days.

Post your food log so the smart people on this board can see if you've got something stopping it from happening.

I've been on low carb on and off since the 70s and I go into ketosis in one day, but I'm rare. I have just learned what works for me.

I haven't bothered trying to get into Ketosis on purpose since doing PP, but I did have experience with is when I did Aktins years ago. Pennink has it right...eat clean. But also, and forgive me if this is a DUH response...keep the carb levels really low to help you along. Then you can slowly creep them back up if you'd like, especially if you have a way to track if you're in ketosis (like the stix). I'm not saying you must do M&E and anything like that, but the closer you are to the simple beginning induction approach...meat, eggs, cheese, some salad, no hidden sugars...the faster you'll get where you want to be!

I'm in Canada (so no Wegmans) but they are available at Wally World here and in the states.

My first guess would be Wal-mart. I remember way back I got them at a local pharmacy (like CVS) but I've ready on stix-related threads here about getting them at Wal-mart.
