Default Am I doing this right?

Hey everybody. I recently lost about 65lbs on Atkins from last year. It would have been 75 or so, but I took the holiday plunge and I'm now around 185lbs. I'm back doing induction now. I really would like to get down to 170lbs, but my biggest goal is to shape my body now. I have the typical flab around the waist. I was hoping someone could take a look at my plan and tell me if this is a good routine for me and what I'm looking to do. Thanks:

Day 1: 20 minutes cardio on stationary bike, 2x25 crunches, 2x25 pushups, 3x15 bench presses ~ 40lbs, 3x15 inward presses ~ 40lbs, 3x15 curls per arm ~ 15lbs

Day 2: 20 minutes cardio on stationary bike, 2 mile walk/run (walking a block, then running a block...occasionally sprinting a block), 2x25 crunches

Day 3: 20 minutes cardio on stationary bike, unsure if I should go back to the same workout as Day 1 or do more of a leg workout, 2x25 crunches

Day 4: 20 minutes cardio on stationary bike, 2 mile walk/run, 2x25 crunches

Day 5: 20 minutes cardio on stationary bike, again uncertain, but most likely a
chest/arms workout similiar to day 1, 2x25 crunches

I plan to do that every week during the 5 day work week and take off the 2 weekend days. How does that sound? I plan on gradually increasing the weight and length of my walk/run with each new week as well. How long can I expect to see results? And should I be doing this while staying under 20 carbs per day or should I increase my intake? Any advice/opinions are greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.
