Default armour thryoid and bodyfat

Hello everybody I am 28 years old and I just started on armour today and had a few questions I was hoping some experienced people would know the answer to. I'm wondering if anybody has noticed a decrease in body fat with out exercising? I eat healthy and do exercise 5 days a week so was wondering if the rate of bodyfat I lose would kind of be like super-charged now if that makes any sense at all?

Hi there,

I can't help wondering firstly, when you say you "eat healthy", do you mean you follow a low carb eating plan? If not, do you understand that this is a low carb board? I hope you can find the answers you seek.

yes, on the average day I take in about 2500 clean calories with about 50 grams carbs. No fast food, fried food, or junk food and all I drink is water. I can post a sample diet if you want? I was under the assumption I posted my question in the thryoid section not the diet section? If I am posting in the wrong section or site please let me know..

Thanks
