Exclamation Holy Carbs in Creatine, Batman!

Not knowing what I'm doing with this fitness stuff, I remembered that a couple of ex-boyfriends swore by creatine, so I thought I'd check it out. Today, I went to the health store, found the creatine, flipped it over for a look at the label. The carbs per serving varied from 33 to 42! So, that stuff's not up for consideration anymore.

Plain creatine doesn't have any carbs. There's so much of it now "enhanced" with carbs. Just look for the Plain creatine. It won't say anything in the nutrients list except Creatine.

Thanks for the advice, galatia. Do you think they'll have it at GNC? I'd have to go to the *shudder* mall, but, but I can do it if I have to.

Yes, I'm sure they would. Here is plain creatine.
