Has anyone tried Wii EA Active? I am thinking of buying it, but I am wondering if it truely is a work out. Just would like a review of it and results.

I do. Its great! I love the jogging segment. Im new to this whole thing, but so far, its something I can probably get used to doing regularly. Its a pretty intense workout too- I was so sore after the first workout!

I just purchased the Wii EA Sports Active and I love it!! I'm not sure what the difference is between all of them. I know the Wii Fit has a board you use. I really like the EA Sports though and the freedom of not having to stay on a balance board. It is a great work out. My 14 year old is helping me set up different exercise sessions. So far I really like the jogging, boxing and skating. The stretchy band gives a great work out also. I'm hoping to stick with it through the month of Feb. Then maybe I'll be hooked on it. I like the journal part also, it helps you to stay on track with drinking your water and getting in the proper amount of veggies.
