I'm new! Hello!
So now that Thanksgiving has passed I can now honestly say that I'm ready to commit myself to low-carbing. I plan to accomplish one day at a time, not focusing on "tomorrow" or "by this time next month". I'm a mommy and a fiance.I exercise 5 days a week with at least 45 minutes of cardio and I train with free weights 3 times a week. It's my eating habits that have allowed me to gain unwanted fat, and cellulite. Anyway, I look forward to any advice,and as I plan to keep you informed on my progress. Oh, I drink water, but not enough- I'm shooting for at leat 80oz (1/2 my body weight, though in ounces) a day... Continued success to all of you!
PS- Has anyone here, female, had success with lower body training to lose weight, but not bulk up? I tend to get bulky thighs, but my thighs are my trouble area.I need training to tone them, but don't want to further expand....With weights? No weights? More cardio? any advice is appreciated..
