Me three. Chances are there's something specific you're eating that's slowing you down, and doing an (x) fast won't help you figure out what it is. Plus, it's not conducive to good nutrition. How doing what Bawdywench suggested: strict induction? Better yet, Atkins KIS. That stands for, "Keep It Simple". It's induction minus the common stallers - dairy, soy, artificial sweeteners, etc. You eat only unprocessed meat, plain fats (coconut oil, olive oil), eggs and LC vegetables. Boring, but it usually works. Then you can test the waters on the dairy and artificial sweeteners.
You're already at the low end of the healthy weight range for your height, and the problem with trying to go down below that is that whatever you do to get there, you'll have to do forever. I wish you luck, though.
