Default Blood glucose finally coming down(<protein)

I saw my gynecologist for my annual physical and she recommended eating sweet potato mixed with fat before going to bed. Her assumption was that I was catabolic while sleeping and therefore arising with a higher blood glucose. Of course this was wrong and I reduced carbs further from 45 to 35 net grams a day mainly from leafy green vegetables and finally lowered protein from 105 g to 80 g. Finally my fasting blood glucose is in the 90s and I am seeing daytime glucose numbers in the 80s and 90s. Dr. Fung and you all are rite that protein must be kept to metabolic requirements.
Funny how we who are researching this topic can be so far ahead of our doctors.

Question I'm having trouble finding the answer to. My fbg is 15 points lower now that I've reduced protein. I continue to eat a 19/5 eating window. Bg is low after my fasted run but can rise after a couple more hours of exercise. This morning before eating it was 124. After eating one hour postprandial it was 111. Is this good meaning the liver and pancreas lost some of their stuffed in glucose? I feel great with the exercise and my energy.

Gyne giving Diabetes advice ? LOL.
Gyne's are smarter in Canada ... they say "Go see your family doctor / Internist for Diabetes information.

I think it means you had a low carb, low glycemic index meal.
