I have a friend who lives in St. Cloud Florida and is new there. She is looking for stores that carry Low Carb stuff. Possibly fresh ground almonds, carb bars, keto products, you know, stuff. She has lost about 100 lbs LCing. Please let me know if you can be of any help to her.

Hi Jeanne, I live in Winter Springs, FL, a town within 30 min. of St. Cloud. I don't know of any stores that carry a lot of low carb food around here but I did find one listing in Orlando. Also I know of a huge store in Boca Raton that has everything low carb imaginable. Unfortunately Boca Raton is a 2 hour drive from the Orlando area, but they do ship.

There's also a chain of stores in Orlando that I believe is called Discount Health Stores, or something to that effect that has some low carb foods. I hope this has been some help to you.
