Hello from Issaquah, WA. Starting LCing the last week of July; after a lifetime of dieting at least one month per year, I've finally found a diet that I can stick with, and that works. I've been following the LC lifestyle for almost 3 months now, much to the amazement of myself.

(Well, I did cheat a little on a recent business trip, but found that I didn't gain any weight, and that I was relieved to be back home and back to LC!)
