Default takeaway food?

It's my birthday tomorrow and I certainly don't want to cook. My husband can't cook so we were considering a takeaway. Trouble is I can't think of one that I can have. Which has less carbs - Chinese without rice or Indian without rice? Is there a site where you can get the carb counts of takeaway?

Thumbs up Chinese or Indian

I eat out at both Chinese and Indian restaurants. Whilst I do not know where you can find actural carb counts here are a few rules to think about whilst you are chosing your selection.

No rice or noodles
No naan bread or similar
No prawn crackers or battered items

You can have tandoori meat as starters or anything on squewers.
I tend to get several indian or chinese dishes. Stay away from Sweet and sour, chowmein or biryini's

You can always ask when you order for them to not put any sugar in during the cooking, but have not usually found this a problem. Like Korma and other Indian dishes with cream and nuts. Last week I had chicken with cashew nuts, a duck dish, sizzling beef and mixed vegetables.

Look down the menu and make an educated choice. Most of all, enjoy it.

Have a great birthday.

Default awwww thanks!

I had a nice day. We plumped for Indian and I had Lamb Rogan Josh and they made me a special saag aloo with no potato in it. It was scrummy - mainly becuase I didn't have to cook it myself!
Thanks for the birthday picture
