Question Chromium Question

After reading CALP, I decided to try taking chromium, since it was highly recommended by the Hellers. I bought a bottle of Jamieson GTF Chromium, 200 mcg. What I am concerned about is the base of the small tablets. It is made of alfalfa, cabbage, barley grass, broccoli, tomato, carrot, orange peel, green tea, ginseng, wine grape extract, and shitake mushroom. Does anyone know of another brand (available in Canada) that would be just the chromium? Or perhaps it is too small an amount to be in a tablet by itself.

So far, I haven't notice anything from the chromium, but I get the feeling it is more of a "behing-the-scenes" type of reaction.

I bought Solaray. It's just the GTF Chromium, but I don't know if it's available in Canada.

I was confused by the book because it mentioned that the Heller's use Solgar, but I could only find that brand in 20 mcg., not the 200mcg. mentioned in the book.

I agree about "feeling" a change, though they did say it could take some time, however, I'll do just about anything if it will continue to move me forward to my goal!

Good Luck,
Deb
