Default Chicken Wings

Just had Chicken wings in hot sauce....YUMMMMMM
The only thing I am worried about is the way they were cooked. We went and picked them up...lightly dusted in flour and herbs and deep fried.
Anyone have any troubles with chicken wings like that?

I haven't had any problems with wings like that, but I don't order them out that often.

in unfamiliar places I ask if they are coated or breaded. then I ask if the sauce has sugar. If they are classic buffalo they should not be floured or breaded and the sauce should be hot sauce and butter. I used to love all the flavored sauces, but they tend to have sugar.

I make my own! It's cheaper, yummier, and I know all that's in it! I LOVE hot wings, and have them at least twice a week lately!

I can't remember the name of the brand of hot sauce I use, but it's cheap and yummy! =P
