Glad you found your way to the board. I'm new here, what is your lowcarb history. When did you start lowcarbing? What works best for you, what doesn't work. Do you exercise? how often, and what type of exercise?

I started low carbing again back on 1/19, but haphazardly I began in earnest in late Feb, keeping around 50-10 net carbs a day--I work out a LOT! I love lifting heavy weights(as in benching 110, and one arm rows with 60 lb dumbbells), and doing interval sprints on the treadmill, that has helped me to gain muscle and lose fat, but I still have a long way to go.

What doesn't work for me is eating the whole can of Mesquite Pringles...my downfall for sure!

Awww thank you for saying that! I am trying, as we all are--but remember, the scale is evil and lies to you! Muscle is denser than fat, and I have to keep reminding myself of that when I climb on that evil contraption!

I adore lifting weights, far more than cardio, but I faithfully do both Thanks for the supportive words!
