Default Do YOU miss milk, like I miss milk???

Milk is/was a real sacrifice - I miss it so much - and nothing could quit fill the bill ...........until today.

I reasoned that if heavy whipping cream is allowed - then how about just adding water to it? You certainly don't increase the carb content!!!!!

I wouldn't begin to suggest a recipe - that has to be up to YOU. Most adults have given milk up long ago - but for those of us who haven't yet grown up, this just might be a fix!!!! I know I like it!!!!!!!!

I have tried it with the water, but the taste really changes the more water you add. It gets chalky and flavorless the more you add. I have gotten around that by adding a touch of vanilla or a touch of sweetener. I actually prefer it straight, but most people probably won't do that!

Nice suggestion! I know people are probably missing milk...I'm not one of them!

I use the light soy milk (original flavor) by 8th continent. I like it in my expresso. This milk has 2 grams of carbs for an eight oz. serving; not bad.

I highly recommend Westsoy's Soy Slender Milk. It is sooo good! I have come to love it better than dairy milk!
