Please do not throw stones at me.

I was weak. I had a can of Mello Yello.
I am truly addicted and it's so hard to stay away.

There isn't anymore in my house. I promise.

12 ounces...47 carbs...totally bad for me.

The worst thing is... this is day ONE of the induction phase for me.
(I've re-started Atkins after taking a break to have a baby.)

Day one. I cheated.
Not a good start.

*sigh*

But now...I pick myself back up. I dust off the carbs....and I am going to persevere and move on. I am beginning again NOW...not tomorrow morning...NOW.

*deep breath*

Okay, thanks for listening.

Good for you - as I always say - just because I've got a hole in my wall doesn't mean I have to make it bigger -

Just continue on plan for the rest of the day, no sense in making the damage worse. Good for you for getting right back on track.

We all mess up. It's called being human. Don't beat yourself up. I've had a dreadful day today myself. Way over on carbs. One day at a time is what I tell myself. You can do this.

You know sometimes the getting started part is the hardest part! Don't beat yourself up, just start over again!

You *may* want to consider changing your username and/or avatar to prevent further temptations...
