potassium
Do you drink lots of water? If you do, it may be depleting your potassium, as well as your sodium levels. When water goes in your cells, sodium and potassium are pushed outside your cells..and therefore excreted from the body as urine, and perspiration. A supplement is a great idea if this is the case. And yes...too much potassium can be harmful. A high potassium level can affect your heart, and muscles. So stick with the recommended dosage and continue to drink the water...that is important too!!! Another question to ask yourself, is how much iron you are taking in. You might want to consider an iron supplement. Iron is what helps the hemoglobin-HgB (oxygen in your blood) bind to your body cells. When the Hgb binds to your cells, it makes you feel less tired...because the cells are properly oxygenated. When people are anemic, the doctor usually prescribes iron tablets ( you can get an over the counter form of this too). Explains why you get tired during a female's time of the month because you are losing blood, and therefore Hgb.
