LOL....yeah, RIGHT! Just "getting into character"....

You do know that there are actually FOUR Musketeers....d'Artagnan and his THREE friends - Athos, Porthos, and Aramis...d'Artagnan is actually NOT one of the musketeers of the title (of the book/story).

I'm feeling less "Porthos" today....<smirk>

I'm thinking pretty much whatever.....encouragement, menu ideas, recipes, how we're doing - good and bad - whatever strikes our fancy really!

Like I could come in here and tell you two that in order to get my fat ratio up, I literally ate a tablespoon of 'Better Butter' last night....and gross ya'll out!

Hi Ellen and K! There is lots of boring info for you above!!!!!

I think I'll likely just post just everything to drive ya'll crazy!!!! Oh will this eliminate journal hoping! Our poor little journals will get lonely! LOL

K~ hey, I'm glad you liked the chart idea! I posted inside my closet door (don't want the kids friends gawking at it!). I still need to measure! I promise to get it done tonight(now I have to!).

I had no clue how to enter my coleslaw recipe into my plan so I figured 3 T mayo for my big yummy serving.

I did end up with 2 jelly beans. BG hit the floor and I couldn't find my glucose tabs. No biggie! I didn't even try to track it.
Oh no exercise! I know I'll miss tomorrow morning because R will be home and I'd rather snuggle! I promise mon to get back to 4-5 days.

Ellen , I had no idea there were four musketeers!!!!!! I think it might be interesting to see if we get viewers on our musketeers thread! If so they may think we are nuts!

Have a good night girls! I'm off to soak in the tub!

I am TRULY hoping she did NOT eat a whole spoon of butter....blech! Not boring at all, and dont sweat the 2 jelly beans...like you said..so what!

Im not doing my plan BUT I will post my foods

Breakfast-Ziploc bad of Veggies (Cucumbers, brocolli, Cauliflower and bell pepper) with ranch dressing

No Snack

Lunch- 2 all beef hamburger patties with cheese, mustard, garlic dill slices and onions

No Snack

Dinner- Chicken Marsala and Veggies w/ranch (the Marsala box says Low Carb and 5grams per serving, so not to bad.

Supplements-fish oil
Biotin
one a day with lutien and licopene

Lots and Lots of water, I should be able to float now...

I have been on a Veggie kick lately and am in LOVE with fresh veggies and ranch. Probably not the best thing to have but oh well, it's not killin me. if I dont llose Ill cut em out for a little bit.

I am totally going to do the chart and write down my weight every single day! Great Idea!

Yes Ellen and I both have Wedding anniversaries in June.....Sometimes I think we were born as twins and seperated at birth, SHE got all the looks, I just got the brains...haha

I see I'm the slacker with a 2/19 anninversary.
I think a veggie kick is a good thing. I need to eat more of them myself. I'm kind of slacking.

I only plan to do my plan 4 a bit to besure I'm in the right ball park. Otherwise its a huge PITA!!!!

That chicken sounds good!

Hum Hows Ellens chicken I wonder!~?
