Default Liver health...fatty liver

This is a good site that has info directly related to my questions re the impact of low carbing on the liver. Hope it encourages some to stay lc clean knowing you are doing your liver a favor! This doc does tweek things somewhat re amounts of fat eaten if you have a fatty liver so go there and check it out. Terry

I couldn't get past the part about obesity being the potential cause of the nation's economic collapse.

Just what's needed - another reason to hate fat people.

(I do see what you mean about LCing and liver health, though. )

Well I have to agree w/his point....I know from many yrs of personal exp that a lot of our finances were used to remedy physical problems caused by my weight related health issues...If I could have used the money spent on bp meds, trips to the doc, etc on something else I would have gladly done it! I am THRILLED that eating lc addresses so many physical issues so that the need for medical intervention becomes largely unnecessary. T

I am convinced that if everyone went on the Atkins diet (with supplements and exercise) -- our total US medical costs would drop 50 to 80 percent in just a few months.

Most medical problems today are related to pre type 2 diabetes or type 2 diabetes (i.e. eating high glycemic foods).
