Default I strayed for a while...but now I am back.....

It's been a couple of months....stayed around the same weight....but now I am serious again about low carbing.....I do feel better......I am incorporating some food sensitivites this time around....only clarified butter...more peanut oil, less red meat....more fish and chicken......no processed meats at all....as they always give me indigestion........not too much cheese...as the dairy is an issue for me as well.......

Re-Joined Curves today.....it's been 3 years.....I just don't exercise at home....with kids....always being interrupted...drives me crazy.......and I love going there...starting the curcuit...then vegging out and not have to think about setting up equipment etc.....

Sometimes a little excursion is just what it takes to get back on track. You've got your head in the right place, and that counts a lot.

Best wishes.

When I lost on Atkins before, I was on their "official" forum which doesn't exist anymore, and at some point I just quit posting and around the same time I just starting adding carbs and eventually gained my weight back.

Posting on a forum makes a difference, that's all I can say. Coming here everyday if possible and interacting with other people who are doing the same thing and having the same struggles and/or successes you are having makes a big difference when you have a long term plan.

I have a lot to lose and I love that I have found this support group. So I am very happy also to see you have come back to it, and I wish you the very best success!!!!
