Default Induction Flu - More than once?

Quick question here... I have been on Atkins' for four weeks and have found that each week, for one or two days, I feel like crap - headache, fatigue, sore throat, cough, etc. I am not cheating and am in ketosis. Has anyone else experienced the induction flu multiple times?

i do not think a sore throat and a cough are part of it,perhaps its something else? the headache and fatigue I had the first couple of days, that was all.

Sore throat and cough is not induction flu.

If this is happening weekly I would think it's allergies.

Another thought is mold...
