WOO HOO! Back from the grocery store so my fridge is MUCH more sb friendly!!!
B: 2 eggs overeasy, 2 pieces canadian bacon, 1/2c. raw carrots
S: none was at church.
L: 3 slices ham, 1 oz cheese, 2c. raw veggies (carrots, radishes, broccoli) 1c. grapes
S: probably 1 hardboiled egg
D: grilled hamburger, salad with red onion, broccoli, zucchini, and oo/vinegar dressing

I bought cheese, and cut it into 1 oz pieces, and put in a baggie, so I KNOW how much I'm eating. Not guessing. Also measured out my peanuts into little snack baggies 1/4 c. each. I am on a FOCUSED MISSION!!!!!
