Menu for today:

B: Leftover salmon with a bit of vegatable chili
S: Strawberries with LF yogurt
L: Smoked Mackerel with a huge salad
S: A small fillet of trout
D: Shepherds pie with sweet potato topping

Water 75 floz so far

BF: 1 egg, 2 Turkey bacon, Cheese and LC Tortilla, Coffee w/ Splenda and FF 1/2+1/2, Orange Juice no sugar added
Snack: Skipped
Lunch: SBD Frozen Meal, Hot lemon Water
Snack: Grapes
Dinner: Bean Burritos in Low Carb Tortillas
Snack: LC Ice cream, Green Tea

my menu today
b-1/2 Fiber One Cereal,with 1c strawberries,1c 1% milk.

l-Grilled 1 oz.Cheese on 1sl.WW bread with bacon bits & 1 tomato slice

d-4 oz Brisket/Gravy with 1/2 WW pasta green,wax beans with carrots.

des- 1 thick smoothie[yogurt Milk & berries] with honey dew melon wedge

96-118 oz water[hot & humid weather]==========40M walking

I've done well today!
B: Yogurt (sf/lowfat) with 1/2 c. berries and milk in the blender. 1 c. carrot sticks
S: none...busy and forgot to take something with me.
L: leftover London Broil, 2 c. sautee'd veggies
S: 1 slice ham 1 slice turkey,
D: Grilled hamburger, salad.
Dessert: sf jello

Water....a lot. More than 4, 32 oz glasses so far. But it's hot and humid!!!

Exercised: 45 min TaeBo video at home.

B: 1 egg on half a ww english muffin with lf ham, 2 coffee.
L: Salmon patty with salsa and vanilla yogurt.
S: SF fudgesicle, 15 cashew/almonds/peanut mix.
D: Hamburger on WW bun with mustard and hot peppers, salad with red pepper and lf rasberry vinegarette dressing.
S: SF fudgesicle, 1 glass of red wine, 4 smoked oysters with 4 kashi ww crackers.
