Menu:

B: smoked mackerel fillets with sauteed veggies
S: handful of green grapes
L: tuna nicoise salad with a sprinkling of pine nuts and some vinigarette
S: leftover smoked mackerel
D: A little LF hummus and peanut butter with celery, yellow pepper and cherry tomatoes
S: half a cup of LF yogurt with 6 blueberries

Water 100 floz
2 cups coffee
1 cup tea

B: 2 Scrambled Eggs with broccoli, onion, mushrooms.
S: 1/4 c. Peanuts
L: Leftover chicken artichoke casserole YUM!
S: 1 slice co-jack cheese
D: ??? Not sure yet. I think we are going out. So likely sirloin, steamed veggies, salad. Or maybe a grilled burger, and salad.

Hello to All!!
Slept in today as I was nursing a terrible headache. Did not have b'fast until noon!
B: 3 eggs, v-8 juice, coffee
s: string cheese (2)
D: Turkey Breast, Brussell Sprouts, salad w/SB dressing
note: haven't drank all my water for today but am working on it, just a feeling kinda lousy day and slow
Dessert: SF Jello w/ 1 tbsp free cool whip

Breakfast : 3eggs with bacon, mushrooms, onions and a bit of cheese

Snack : SF fudge bar and a few pistachios

Lunch : A few salt and pepper spiced riblet things

Snack : Tropical Low booster Juice

Supper : BBQ steak with mixed veggies

Dessert : either jello or another fudge bar
