Nothing is counted, weighed, or measured in this diet-
with the high protein, low (no) carb CM, the calories are very low- the balance of the RM should keep your calories lower than you think. Even with a sweet dessert or carbs, the balance of the vegs and protein will keep the portion down.
The problem with this diet for most people is the lack of obsession and over analyzing. Just relax, keep your RMs balanced, and watch the weight come off!
Keep asking, keep posting
Good luck
Edy

I counted mine yesterday and ate too much I was shooting for 1800.

I am not good at counting anything, that's one of the many reasons I love CAD so much

Besides aren't pg women suppose to have atleast 2500 calories a day? You are doing fine, Mel! Just stick to the plan

Okay. I will try to stop counting them. I will really, really, really try. (The first step is admitting I have a problem... ).

I painstakingly counted my calories for today.
I felt like I ate a lot today, but it came to 2016 calories. That's pretty good for a man of my size.

and I am SO not hungry.

and no, I'm not counting from now on.

I haven't done CAD for awhile, but my cravings told me differently. It's the only way to squish my completely crazed night binging.
