When I got pregnant in Aug, I gained 7-10lbs really quickly and my knees started hurting again. I got really stressed about the weight gain and worried that my knees were going to give out before I delivered. I got my eating under control and slowed the weight gain, but my knees still hurt.
In December, I went back to a more strict Paleo diet, cut out dairy completely, to help my allergies. Wouldn't you know it, within 2 weeks I had noticed my knees had quit hurting.  Go figure. I had been in denial about the dairy, justifying it by saying 'I need the calcium', when I really just wanted to eat the cheese.
