Default guilty admission....

I've been using Trimspa to help me kick off another round of induction. My boyfriends pumpkin pie habit had me constantly slipping up...mmm, pie. But the Trimspa actually seems to be working. I don't like that I'm taking them, but I like the results. Anyone else use them, and if so, for how long? I'm thinking I'll just finish out a week with them, then see what happens.

Why are you taking Trimspa? Atkins works without any of that if you follow the plan properly.

lets not jump in with the negativity - i havent used it , i was tempted though, but i read reviews that it didnt work - and all that stuff with anna nicole got me thinking it may be a money scam..

however, i am curious as to how it works..what differences are you noticing? appetite supressant?? or weight loss..

i do agree with the others that atkins alone is an excellent diet..i used to turn my nose up at it, but it has done wonders for me...maybe trimspa works better with a low cal low fat diet?

I think Trimspa (and other diet pills) suppresses the appetite, which you don't want on this WOL - why starve if youdon't have to. BTW, Anna is acting very strange lately, that alone put me off.

Hey, I've been dying to try a LC pumpkin pie. Can you inspire your boyfriend to at least make the filling LC, so you can scrape your helping out of the crust?

I haven't tried Trimspa, but I've used Atkins Accel. I don't know, but they may be similar. It really helped me 'kick off' a week of induction as you said. As soon as I got into ketosis I completely forgot to take them! So if it helps you get through the first bit, go for it I guess. I don't know the product, so I hope they are safe!! Definitely you won't need it for long.

I had to start making LC sweet treats, I don't think I could make it without them. It helps to have a legal treat around when faced with things like pumpkin pie!
cheers

I WAS talking about Anna Nicole Smith, thank you Betsy (I certainly don't want to land in hot water). ANS acts very bizarre in interviews I've seen her in, seems like Trimspa is making her loose more than her weight.

I agree she's very spacey.

The Trimspa has been making me not look at the cookies the BF has laying around! I've been making sure to eat all my meals, and a bite here and there for a snack (bits of cheese and cucumber, etc). It seems to be knocking the edge off my cravings- I'm one of those sugar people, big time! If I can just get into a deep ketosis, the cravings will die. I've done Atkins before with success, but that was before moving in with a pie guy! It's my bad for slipping up, but I previously did the WOE for a year and a half with very few mistakes.
Gosh- I hope I don't get all nutty like ANS! I agree, the ad campaign is SCARY!
