Got some shrimps and prawn meat yesterday and I'm hoping some of you have some yummylicious ideas for me..

Preferably something not involving eggs.

Butterfly the shrimp (leave tails on for a handle)
Fill "butterflied" portion with prepared horseradish
Wrap with a half piece of bacon (3/4 of the way cooked, not crisp you'll want it to bend)
Secure with toothpick
Bake till shrimp is pink and bacon is fully cooked
Enjoy!

Its not spicey at all!!!
I made 3lbs for a Pampered Chef party I hosted and I only got one.

mix shrimp with avocado, some shallots/scallions, season with salt & pepper, maybe a bit of tabasco sauce or chilli powder, and it makes a fantastic dip.
