Default New to Fat Flush Plan and MISO SOUP

Hello! I started on the Fat Flush Plan on July 5 while awaiting results from a hysteroscopy/polypectomy which scared the pants off me. I thought it would be a good way to "take control" and detox the liver, and wait... Good news arrived on the 13th, I am happy to say. Benign.

Anyway, I am thoroughly enjoying the Fat Flush Plan and think its very intelligent, especially for those of us who are blood type "O" who should not be eating wheat or dairy anyway. I've lost about 8 pounds in the first 3 weeks of following it almost precisely to the tee.

However, I love Miso Soup, made with dried Bonito broth and red and white miso. It is salty, but does anyone know if it is strictly OFF LIMITS? Perhaps I should simply wait for the first 4 weeks to go by first, and try it and see if I blow up like a balloon, but wondering if someone out there knows.

Thanks!

I am not knowledgeable about the fat flush plan. But healthclub.com or fitday.com are both great and free to look up the "values' in food.
