What are you eating? Can you post a typical menu?

I think your carbs and your calories are too low.

Up them both! Include some carbs (approved fruit or veggies) in your breakfast and lunch, put the string cheese back in (you can have up to 3 oz., 1 oz. is definitely okay!). I would also add a little more fat -- you don't want to "overdo", but at 180 pounds and keeping your carbs around 20, I think you could use a little more.

I've seen many, including myself, that see the scale slow down and immediately think we should eat less -- seems like the obvious solution. That isn't always the case. If we eat too little food and/or get not enough nutriants from healthy carbs, our bodies will hold on to everything as a way of self preservation. Not enough fat can do the same thing -- gotta have the fat to help get those nutriants to the right place, as well as to keep your system eliminating the waste.

Do you do any exercise? A lot of people on here have suggested some cardio for helping a stall. I also agree with MeBLady. When I did this the first time, I lost about 11 pounds on Induction. I figured if I kept the carbs low for a long time I 'd get great results. It didn't work like that. I decided to do OWL by adding 5 carbs a week and I continued to lose, not as fast and as steadily, but it's better than nothing. Now I'm back on Induction, because I keep screwing up and cheating.
