Default any tips to losing more on induction?

I am attempting the induction again for a third time :-( both times I have done the induction I lost 7lbs, does anyone have any tips to lose more in the first 2 weeks I really want to lose a stone

typical menu for me is 2 bacon and 2 eggs for breakfast
chicken sald and mayo for dinner
and in the evening steak / chicken and spinach or salad. I am currently drinking green tea with every meal and go to the gym about 4 times per week.

I have cut milk and coffee out this time round dont know if that will help at all ?

any advice appreciated xx

Sounds like you're doing everything according to plan...even giving up coffee, which is something I've never attempted on Induction!

Realize that this is a life-long way of eating and thinking about food -- it's not a crash diet to fit into a certain outfit or whatever. You're making great progress in the "diet" but may not be making such great progress in committing to this as a way of life, for life.

Don't mean to be harsh...just thinking about your question and giving my honest assessment.

The best advice I ever got (I read it on this forum of course, lol) was to drink more water. I went from about 2.5 litres per day to 4+ litres per day. I try to have water with me at all times. I also drink an occasional cup of green tea but I found that on induction drinking a lot of water really gave me an extra push. Good luck!

I just dont' get it!!!!! Why does everyone complain about losing ONLY 7 or 10 pounds during induction?! Do you realize that it would take at least 7 WEEKS to lose that with a low-fat diet? And think about how long it took you to put those pounds on....I'd bet it was much longer than 2 weeks! 7 pounds is awesome, and I think people need to stop comparing their own weight loss to others' loses. You're doing great, so don't doubt yourself. If you stick with it and keep exercising like you are, you'll feel so good about yourself and the weight WILL come off! Be happy with what you've accomplished and keep up the good work!!

Also remember, the more you have to loose the more you loose on induction. So that means if you loose less, you have less to loose if you do clean inductions.

So that is great!!! You are doing wonderful, keep it up.

I also gave up the dairy products when going back on induction. I also didn't snack at all.

I also think that, if you've been eating low-carb all along and then return to induction for a week or so, you have no extra "carb" water to lose...so what you're losing is actual fat.

If I eat poorly for a few days, I can bloat up 5 or so pounds -- and very easily take those pounds off in a day or so -- but to actually lose some fat, it takes a lot longer.
