Default What'd ya have for dinner tonight (Thurs, Feb 17th)

I always liked these threads, they're great for giving ideas!

Tonight's Menu:

Grilled hamburger on an lc bun topped w/ sauteed mushrooms and provolone cheese.
Sauteed spinach on the side

Pumpkin cheesecake w/ whipped cream and toasted almonds for dessert!

Don't know yet. Dungeness crab is good right now. If we do that it'll be crab, butter and nothing else. Not enough room.

I had Jon's recipe for buffalo chicken strips, dipped in bleu cheese dressing. On the side I had a piece of celery and a small salad with a couple bacon crumbles.

Stuffed Portabello - (recipe is in the quick meals section- so easy to make) I used crab with 4 cheeses -(Cream, Mozz, Pepper Jack & Asiago)

Salad topped with pepperoni, hard salami and almonds and Naturally Fresh Bleu Cheese dressing.

A little LC ice cream for dessert.

I didn't have what I wanted. Was out buying another bird and new cage. Then got home to set it up and just HAD to watch Survivor.

I ended up with a tortilla with peanut butter.

Work *happened*...didnt even get a chance to break away to grab something to eat for a long time, and I was bad and ate a atkins advantage bar which I never normally do.(let me ...they are so gross).
