Default chicken soup question

My mom makes lots of homemade chicken soup mixed with weird herbal tonics because my body is weak. I have trouble figuring out how many proteins, fats, and carbs my mom weird soup mixture has. She basicaly takes chicken that has the skin partially removed and boils it down into home made chicken soup. Sometimes she puts peanuts, beans, and cranberrys in it. Sometimes she even puts a bit of weird herbal mixtures and makes me drink it twice daily. This is so hard on me when i'm trying to stick on the zone because i don't know how many grams of protein and fat are in it! I see oil droplets in it and the chicken soup has a very strong flavor compared to those condensed 94% fat free chicken canned soups. I suppose that since it's made from real chicken then the protein and fat amounts are much grater then canned soups. Can anyone help me out here? What do you suppose the protein grams are equal to?

Kitana-I've checked in my book of food count for "Chicken Broth" and here is what I got for one cup:
Fat Free no salt:40 calories 6gmProtein ogmCarb 390mgsodium 0fiber

In your case this is the one I would choose(with fat and some skin and some salt):50 cal. 4gmprotein 0 cab 4gmsfat 1350 mgs sodium fiber 2gms

I hope this will help you. The count book is from Corinne T. Netzer.
