Default peanut butter and banana

I know that i am not the only person besides elvis who likes peanut butter and banana sandwichs. However banana carbs are very high so I remedy that by putting peanut butter and a very small amount of banana extract in some whipped cream and putting that in the sandwich too. Low carb bread of course is a must. It might work in a wrap or mixed right with the peanut butter but I am happy with this so feel free to experiment.

with my bread this sandwich comes out at about 20 carbs..so it isnt really a daily thing more like a banana craving thing

peanut butter - 3 carbs
bread - 12 carbs
whipped cream- 4-6 depending on how much I use
the extract has no carbs

you know what i've discovered since atkins with fruit? a little goes a long way...i love pb&banana too, and i slice off about an inch of a banana and spread it out very well on my sandwich. it's amazing how little you really need!
