Cool Mocha Shake!

So, I was really missing my Mocha Frappuccinos this summer...

And I thought "how great would it be to make my own..."

Here's what you need:
Martini Shaker
Moka Pot/Espresso Maker

Give or take... here are the the ingredients (these are estimates!):
*About a cup of Chocolate Carb Countdown Milk
*Ice
*5-6 oz of espresso
*5 oz of water
*2 packets of splenda

This should just about fill an average martini shaker (minus about an inch). So it's pretty big and filling...

I would put the espresso in first, then water it down, add the splenda. Top it off with your Chocolate milk, add a few ice cubes, then shake it up.

Great wake up drink. Lots of protein in the milk. The estimated calorie/carb count is:

Calories: 113
Fat: 4.75
net carbs: 5.25

Default Sounds yummy!

And now to get a little side tracked... I love that episode of the Simpsons. When Bart goes, "but my heart hurts" is hysterical. Do you remember what he says about the sausage??
