Default Casual Gourmet Chicken Sausage

First of all I posted this here because it is low fat and most on these boards aren't concerned with fat intake so I wanted to makes sure us SB'rs knew about it.

I get the red pepper basil and they are yummy! They are a normal size brat sausage and are great cut up in stir fry, for breakfast or just by itself hot or cold. (They are precooked)

Here is the nutritional info:

Calories 110
Fat 3 grams
Carbs 1 gram
Sugars 1 gram
Protein 17 grams

I can only get these at Costco, but well worth buying in bulk!

What meat is it made out of? Pork or turkey?

Wait-- nevermind, I got the answer out of the header. This is good news--I got some chicken sausages that were ghastly.

Yes, these are really good if you can find them. They have a nice "snap" to them like a brat should have.
I'm going to dice some up tomorrow and use it as a pizza topping on tortilla pizza!
