Ahh yes I'll cut down on bacon, though I've been buying the posh stuff from sainsburys so its not salty at all but I take your point.
I'm pretty much just drinking water, and water and more water.
I have had a couple of cups of decaff coffee in the 10 days.
So any tips on drinks be grateful I don't mind the water but at times I just crave a sip of my daughters coke haha! or at least something fruity
Its the breakfast I struggle with really , I don't mind eating the same thing for lunch every day, that smoked mackerel from sainsburys is just delish!!

but I've got some tuna etc to have too when I tire of mackerel.
And I'll cut down on steak too, I was losing the will to eat it and I LOVE steak
So yeah Breakfasts, I'd need something I can prepare night before to be honest as I have about a 30 minute window to prepare and eat brekky before I trudge off to the train station and commut.../yawn
