Sounds to me like you are doing GREAT with breaking old habits. The first step is awareness and you've got that going for you!! Amazing, isn't it, how much we are creatures of habit. The good news though is that our NEW habits will stick as well as the old have so we CAN change our ways! Time and commitment is all that it takes!
