Strawberries in champagne jelly
Well, I guess foreigners might say "jello..."
Serves 2
250g punnet strawberries
¼ cup warm water
6 Splenda tablets
OR 6 teaspoons Splenda
OR 3 little packets Splenda
1½ teaspoons gelatine
3/4 cup sparkling wine
Wash and hull strawberries and divide between 2 serving dishes.
Add Splenda to warm water and mix thoroughly. Then mix gelatine in well. Add the mixture to the champagne.
Pour the champagne mix over the strawberries
Leave to set in the fridge for about 3 hours. Serve with whipped cream.
